WebMail Notifier was renamed as X-notifier
In Firefox 21, I choose XN (logo) Lower Right with Right Button and choose Sidebar,
It will bring (open) Sidebar. (Plug-in with RightBar)
In SeaMonkey 2.17, I choose XN (logo) Lower Right with Right Button and choose Sidebar,
It will not bring (open) Sidebar. (Plug-in without RightBar).
How to open?
SeaMonkey=>View=>Show/Hide=>Sidebar[checked]
Thanks for reading and I hope you fixed for next version 3.4?

Using FF 21.0, with 3.3a ...and at the moment I'm having three items 'not checked'... and the checking animation (horizontal red/white ball), just keeps going like the Energizer bunny...and going and going... regardless of new mail or no mail (orange or gray icon).
With Thunderbird, all my mails are checked and the checking animation works fine... from what I can tell.
(I'm going to try exporting my mail account from thunderbird and importing to FF.)

I am having problems with XNotifier accessing AOL to check on new mail. I am not having trouble accessing my account when I go directly to AOL via Firefox or via my Android phone. When setting up the account in XNotifier it asks for a field that doesn't show up on the AOL signin page - It asks for a Locale field. Is this why it doesn't work? What do I put into the Locale field?
In general XNotifier does everything I need and works well. I certainly appreciate the add on!

This morning, my IMAP account (imap.1and1.com) stopped working with X-notifier. The account is greyed out and not being checked.
I've deleted the account; re-added it and restarted Firefox; nothing seems to be making a difference with it.
What steps should I be taking next?

Hi!
So first of all thanks for this new feature, it is great. As you asked on twitter, I'll be using this forum to give you feedback which will hopefully be of good use.

Hi,
I'm using v3.1.4 (the latest)
Everything worked fine (mutliple Gmail accounts, only asking for the code once). Then I changed the password, and my primary account keeps asking for a code every minute (i.e. doesn't "trust" the computer)
After entering the code, it asks again, then it doesn't check (Gmail is red). The problem is present regardless of the other Gmail accounts (disabled or enabled). They work, but the primary with 2-step verification doesn't.
In the Firefox version, my emails to check somehow get deleted randomly (sometimes daily and sometimes every 4-5 days). How to fix please

I have a desktop (Win 7) and a laptop (Vista) both with X-Notifier.
All is well on the laptop but, for some weeks now, the X-Notifier icon has been (mostly) missing from the desktop's add-on bar.
I say 'mostly' because it does occasionally appear after a restart, or a system restore.
I sometimes hear the sound when new mail arrives but without that icon, I have no idea how to access the emails.
Can anybody help?

There are differences in performance and resources to use IMAP instead of POP3?
