This has only been happening for a few days. I think Gmail has changed something about its sign in, because XN will only sign in to three accounts, and when I click on the red account, it used to take me to the Google login, but now it takes me to a Google accounts page, and I can't sign in. Sign in just takes me to my main account, and the option to add another account is no longer an option when I click on my icon.
X-notifier version 4.2.19 on Firefox 75.0 (64-bit).
I have "Show Notification" and "Play a Sound" disabled in all of my X-notifier profiles, but I'm getting sound and notifications when new mail arrives anyway. I've tried toggling the settings on and off, but the problem persists.
I have many different types emails all working perfect several months now but I just cannot get a new gmail (I have never had gmail before) to work. It does see the email under one condition - at the same time as I log in manually. Everything else I try fail. Tried cookies stuff etc. have marked this single gmail as default. Help please?
I've used X-notifier for years and it has worked perfectly until the past week. I can still access my hotmail account through X-notifier but it no longer notifies me when I have new messages. When I click on the X-notifier icon it lists "Hotmail", but is in red letters. When I click on "Hotmail" it does properly open up my e-mail account in a new tab but it is no longer notifying me when I receive new e-mails.
I have 3 AOL accounts and X-notifier checks all 3 but 1 of the accounts (unfortunately, my primary account) always shows in red on the pull down menu and doesn't notifiy when there is an email. This happens on BOTH Firefox and Chrome.
I have tried deleting 2 of the accounts but I still have the problem with just the PRIMARY account. I have been using X-notifier for years and this has only begun in the last few weeks.
First, it would only load a couple of gmails, now it won't load any. Is there a limit as to how many it will load? Since Google only allows 4 accounts now, and I have many more than that from long ago before they made that restriction, will it just not recognize more than 4?
I have to go to gmail itself and log into my main account, then add one account at a time for x-notifier to recognize them. Sometimes even that doesn't work. I'm using 4.2, latest iteration I believe on Firefox.
