The Scripts page, http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/scripts.php, shows who is maintaining the mail.ru script. The script author is listed in the Author column... butekx ...and there is a mailto link on the Scripts page, Author column, to open an email to him, if the script really needs to be updated. The link just provides his email address: butekx@mail.ru ...so clicking it should open to compose a new email to him, in your default email program. Otherwise just email him at that address.
Well... the new interface script never got picked up by admin. @pangasiys: And it should be possible to combine both scripts into one (dealing with old and new interface)... so that it becomes a candidate for replacing the old interface script at the Scripts page.

The old interface script was fixed by Egorro and is available from the Scripts page.
The new interface script dated 2019-09-19 was made available by pangasiys here:
