All of a sudden yesterday I have a red X in the menu bar across the envelope and I have to manually refresh it for new and old mail. It is no longer automatically doing it. Even though each account is set for 1 min.
UPDATE
Decided to uninstall 3.5.23 and reinstall and the red x is gone and it seems to be keeping up again. Pretty weird.
Haha, I had literally today gotten g-mail to work (wrong password, but X-notifier never told me, so I just didn't know...), and they "upgrade" it with *Less* features and *Less* options.
I just want to be able to click the icon and get to my hotmail account if it's set to default, which I could earlier today.
Please, either say you'll fix this or give me instructions on how I change to the old version.
X-notifier forgets all my e-mailaccounts in options, after restarting Firefox. I used to configure all my settings over again. Now I exported the settings to a 'xn' file and import them again after every restart of Firefox, but that's not a solution! Thats realy anoying. What do you folks suggests?
I really used to like the old versions of X-notifier, no problems at all.
I just tried to use X-Notifier to open one of my email accounts, and I discover that ALL of the email accounts I had configured in X-Notifer are gone. What happened?
Thank you, Byungwook Kang, for all your work that has made my email experience better over the past ten years. As a programmer, I understand that it is difficult to create utilities for environments that repeatedly break your work with changing parameters.
Yes, XN4 is not up to your usual standards and with the changes in Firefox it may not be possible to bring back the past glory and reliability of XN. But with a track record of ten years of exemplary reliability, I felt the need to reward that past performance with a donation; regardless of present circumstance.
