For reasons unknown X-notifier is no longer checking my hotmail messages. If I click on the box it takes me to my hotmail webpage and shows my messages but it will not check my messages as it used to, showing the number of unread messages (even if I right-click and press the Check Now button it states Hotmail: not checked).
I've uninstalled and reinstalled X-notifier and deleted and reinstalled my hotmail account, however, it still will not check my emails.
I tried cleaning my history, removing the script and re-adding it and even tried a brand new profile on firefox. It just continues to say Google+ not checked.
Hotmail does not work if you have 2 step verification, the application keeps asking me for the code, when I do not get the code neither in my phone nor my mail. I have also tried to log in by creating an application password in microsoft, (with this application password is supposed not to ask for a code) but it is still asking me for a code that I do not receive.
This problems started when FF was updated to 38.x. I was hoping the latest XN update would fix this but it does not. I have even tried the X-notifier 3.5.9b1.
Here is what happens:
When I click on the XN envelope and there are updates to my XN Feed, the Tab spawns, but is blank. If I click on the RSS Feed on the left side, that Tab which was blank will now open with some contents.
This just started with the aol.com favicon. The mail.com favicon hasn't been working for a while. Please advise if this is a glitch in your system or if there is something I can do to restore the favicons. Thank you.
When a account is not default, it is opened in other session that default one. http://i.imgur.com/Yz5WCyl.png (underlined is the sessioned window - non-default; the right one is default account) That is all OK.
Since upgrading last night to 38.0.1 version 3.5.7 has been buggy when changing accounts using left sidebare and with login authentication. When switching email accounts it is asking for manual login into authenticate login...
Thank you for all your hard work keeping this amazing plugin current!
Earlier my internet conked out on me so I unplugged the router/modem and plugged it back in, which fixed the issue. I opened Firefox back up and X-notifier checked my e-mail like normal. Then I got a notification on my phone for one of my accounts that there had been a new sign in from Firefox. When I checked my other Gmail accounts with X-notifier they all had the same e-mail. It was very odd for that to happen. It's never happened with X-notifier before. And when I checked the history, all my logins were from my regular browser, but the IP address was not an IP address.
