Forums
X-notifier for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (deprecated)

Dear all,

Oh my god! Where is our X-Notifier? It was a so beautiful and so unique extension ! Can we be sure that it will come back on our PC and particularly on Firefox in the same state as before these upheavals?

Help ! Tobwithu !

Best Regards

1and1 script for Chrome

Forums
X-notifier for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (deprecated)

Hello,

A few months ago, 1and1.com must have changed the protocol for logging in. At the time, I was using Firefox (and posted about that here: http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/3160, although a solution was never found).

I've since moved to Chrome and find myself *wishing* I could return to that way! Now, if I enter the server as "imap.1and1.com" - my name is red (not checked), and clicking it brings me to "cannot reach this page" error. I then changed it to email.1and1.com (which isn't the server, but rather the page that I use to check the mail). This way, my mail *is* checked (I get a count of unread messages), but clicking on it again returns to a "page not found" error.

Please help :)

new mail notification is opening multiple tabs on chrome

Forums
X-notifier for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (deprecated)

When I get a desktop notification for a new email (even just one email) I get multiple tabs that are opened to hotmail. I only have one account on the add-on. Yesterday it was two tabs, today it turned to 3. I don't know what is happening.

X-notifier for Safari is back.

Forums
X-notifier for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (deprecated)

I could not update X-notifier for Safari because Apple requested $99 per year for extension developer.

Today, CFbancroft donated $100.

I can continue to update X-notifier for a year.

Thank you CFbancroft.

I haven't been able to connect to my outlook email for around a week now.

Hopefully someone is looking at it and working on a fix?
