Where to download X-N 4.0.3?

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Hello, my X-Notifier 3.5.23 stopped working few days ago. 2 out of 3 of my Yahoo mails were logged out completely, only 1  was OK (can open directly to inbox) but it's greyed out. And Gmail has long ago stopped working.

I want to update to 4.0.3 to see whether it works, but I can't install it from the AMO site. It kept saying that the file's corruped and can't be installed. I'm lurking here for several days, trying to find a link for it maybe in another repo, to no avail.

So, can anybody help me provide link to X-N 4.0.3.xpi? I'd be grateful.

Keeps Wiping Oout Saved Setting/Redirecting To NAG Screens

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Poorly designed !  This addon keeps wiping out saved settings (Email addresses/passwords) and redirecting to NAG screens for donations. Turn off updates - no change.

This junk doesn't even work correctly !  No way I would donate.

Updates to new every day

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Every day I turn my laptop on, launch Firefox, and the tab opens that says this add on has been updated. And my saved accounts are gone.

I finally got smart and exported my data so every day I just import it. But it's highly annoying. There isn't a new version of this add on every day. Why is it doing this? So frustrating.

Can't get the latest X-Notifier to log in to any accounts

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Just upgraded to the latest Firefox 54 (for Mac) after using an ancient version for years. X-Notifier still worked great at first but then must have auto-upgraded to the latest version, which I can’t get to work at all.

• Cleared all cookies for x-notifier and yahoo (the only email host I use).
• Re-entered each account and password info.

X-notifier will work on an account in which I am currently signed-in, but no other. (All other addresses are greyed out.) After logging out, the last account I used turns red.

If I am not already signed in, clicking on any account will lead to a blank yahoo login page.

When I try to log in manually to yahoo after a failed x-notifier attempt, I’ll get a "We can’t sign you in from this device. Please try again from the device you use most often" message that makes me start over. (I only use this one desktop.)

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the last version of X-Notifier I used successfully, so I’d rather fix this problem than hunt around for the right  older one.

Any suggestions about what I’m doing wrong?

(Also, it took forever, but I accidentally found a list of previous versions of X-notifier, but I can’t find it again on purpose. Can someone post a link to that please?)

Doesn't work with Yahoo's 'New Mail'....have to use Yahoo 'Classic Mail'

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

I have 4.0.3 of X-notifier. Using Yahoo Classic mail in Firefox 54.0, X-notifier works well. If I switch to the new Yahoo mail (not sure when they released it, but today was the first day it convinced me to try it), X-notifier doesn't work...the Yahoo account is red and does not check/notify of new emails.

I tried X-notifier Neo, but that didn't recognize the Yahoo account, whether using either Yahoo's Classic Mail or their New Mail. I logged into to Gmail and Hotmail and Neo recognized those ok, but didn't pick up the Yahoo account. As Yahoo is my primary email, I'll stick with the original X-notifier and (at least for now) Yahoo's Classic Mail.

Notifier 4.0.3 Gmail/G Drive issue

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Just curious, when I open an email from Xnotifier and it is not me default Gmail account, the emails open just fine, but when I am in that email, and click on the 9 dots to access the google drive from there, it opens Drive under that account and I'm able to view all the files, but if I try to download the files it does not, it opens another tab and it's blank.

Im guessing has something to do with  permission ?? or the fact that I'm not trying to download from the default account. It allows to download from the default account, but not the other 4 accounts I have. Is there a setting for this ?? Or something I am missing, never had an issue before. Thanks in advance.

Import File Password

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

Hi,

I am using the latest version of X-notifier in Mozilla firefox. I have downloaded the mail.com js script to add mail.com notifications into my firefox. However, when I click on the import button, I get a popup with the message "Enter password for the file". Please note that this is the downloaded mail.com.js file from x-notifier website and it is NOT exported by me.

Can someone help?

Thanks,

Balaji.

Xnotifier 4.0.3 POP3 ?

Forums
X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

I was using 3.5.X version and just updated for 4.0.3 right now, because Gmail wasn't working anymore, but POP3 was removed from this new version. On 3.5.X version I used POP3 for my riseup.net email account, now I couldn't find how to setup.

Can somebody help or will we have an update adding POP3 again?

Thanks in advance

Is there any way to solve this issue?
