I use X-Notifier in Chrome with several accounts (2 from Yahoo, 1 from Hotmail, 3 of Gmail, 1 for Facebook, and 1 for Tumblr.) I've noticed that I can't stay logged on any of my Yahoo accounts for long. I can stay logged on while X-Notifier is dormant,but when it wakes up to check inboxes, (I have it at 10 minutes global), it will log me off without warning. It's very annoying, especially if I am in the middle of composing an email message.

Mine's working fine with Yahoo, so....
If it was me, I'd try clearing cookies and caches, make sure I had the latest version of softwares (reinstall), try deleting accounts and recreating them, try uninstalling/reinstalling x-notifier. See the troubleshooting post... http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/4
