Thanks

Custom script

You'll find a custom script for inbox.com on the Scripts page #7.
You can go to the Scripts pages by clicking 'Scripts' at the top of this page...
...or to go directly to page #7, just click here:  http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/scripts.php?page=6

Click the 'Inbox' script link on that page, to download the script to your computer... save it in a folder that you can find later.
Then you'll go into X-Notifier's 'Options' (right-click the X-Notifier envelope icon, and click 'Options')...
...click the Scripts button... then click the 'Add' button...
...browse to where you saved the inbox.js file that you downloaded, click to highlight it, and click the 'Open' button...
...then click OK.

You can now choose (click) the Inbox.com script from the drop-down list to the left of the Scripts button...
...and enter your username/password and click 'Add'...
...then scroll down and click the 'OK' (Firefox) or 'Save' (Chrome) button.

If you entered everything right, X-Notifier should start checking your Inbox email.

Yahoo script is 'embedded' already

The Yahoo script is included with X-Notifier base installation.
After you install X-Notifier, all you have to do is go into X-Notifier's 'Options' (right-click the X-Notifier envelope icon, and click 'Options')...

...then you choose (click) the Yahoo script from the drop-down list to the left of the Scripts button...

...and enter your username/password and click 'Add'...
(for some email providers, like Yahoo, your username will be your full email address... user@yahoo.com)
...then scroll down and click the 'OK' (Firefox) or 'Save' (Chrome) button.

If you entered everything right, X-Notifier should start checking your Yahoo email.
I believe the Yahoo script works for other Yahoo associated domains like... ymail.com

problems with yahoo and aol

I don't receive any notification when I get email on my Yahoo and Aol accounts, using safari 7.0.1.

Why?

Troubleshoot

I'd open a new tab and login manually to both of them to see if there are any prompts for verifying something or other.  It happens occasionally.  And to make sure password is working, then re-enter it in X-Notifier accounts definition.

Or clear cache/cookies, or uninstall/reinstall X-Notifier.

X-Notifier is working for others, but I can't say for Safari 7 ...CFBancroft could comment on that.

Please read old post.

http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/1003

and let us know if it (step by step) is works. I might update User Guide on Safari.

Thanks, CFBancroft
