I see that strikethrough is on the compose window (test strike this), and underline isn't (but when I use Ctrl+U, it underlines in the compose window... test underline this). It doesn't even work in 'Preview', but I can still see it in this compose window. I'm guessing it's the Drupal software and requires Drupal to fix it.

I did use Strikethrough but it do not saved in durpal.
