By mapsonx , 30 September 2018 A show/reveal password checkbox in options would be very helpful. thanks Forums X-notifier for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari (deprecated) Show/Reveal password from X-notifier ... NEVER! Firefox, you can check Preferences => Security => Saved Logins... [and you click] Show Passwords. I am not sure on Safari and Chrome. Chrome Chrome allows showing passwords, but I'm not sure X-Notifier uses the Chrome password cache like it does the Firefox security feature. That's part of why I allow Chrome to save passwords for email accounts, separate from X-Notifier. X-N no longer using FF security X-Notifier no longer uses Firefox password management.... since the change to the new API. ok, I was hoping I didn't ok, I was hoping I didn't have to start saving passwords in Firefox. Couldn't this be one of the xnotifier options? Log in or register to post comments
