Old behavior wanted

By zennon , 1 December 2016

Could you put back the old behavior : when there is a new message, if you Lclick on the icon it opened right away (new tab(s) to email(s)) instead of opening a menu and then you need to click "open" or the email. Basically assign "open" to Lclick of icon?

If we need to access the options, we could easily go through the add-ons manager of Firefox. Once set, you rarely access the options menu.

I have to agree with the OP.

I have to agree with the OP.

I like to be able to click on it and have it open instead of opening the menu.

Forced changes

Mozilla is forcing changes... eventually.  XN 4.x is preparing for them, with fairly severe limitations.
In the future, it will be  like the Chrome version of X-Notifier, but more limited.
