Odd behavior in Safari

By larrymcj , 25 July 2013

I have X-Notifier configured for Chrome and Firefox and it works fine with both. I would rather use Safari, though, but X-Notifier has a problem with Safari and I'm trying to ascertain if the problem will ever be fixed.

When I click on the X-Notifier icon in either Chrome or Firefox, it immediately launches my Outlook.com inbox. But when I click on the X-Notifier icon in Safari, it just opens a drop-down window and I have to click again on Hotmail to get to my Outlook.com inbox.  Will this ever be fixed?  Thanks.

It works on Firefox only.This

It works on Firefox only.
This is because of the API restriction.
It mean that it cannot be fixed.
