Up until this morning, I was using Firefox 28, because I was not at all fond of the Firefox 29+ setup. The stability issues have become too great however, so I updated to the current Firefox as of now. However, I noticed something a little annoying.
The sole reason I use x-notifier as it stands is to easily have the status of three individual emails displayed separately at all times (.e.g http://i.imgur.com/luC8B8y.png), this does not seem to be possible with 4.01?
The extension is also simply not working with multiple hosts configured. If I untick all but one it works fine but checking more than 1 simply causes it to infinitely say it is checkign all but the yahoo email.
Can you please tell me what settings are used to access the old YAHOO.COM.AU mail
It works fine in the addon, but I need to set up a mail client on another PC and it won't accept the username or password using the normal Yahoo settings. They are right, just not accepted by the Thunderbird program I'm trying to set up.
Or is there a file now on my PC from the addon that stores these I can look at?
Hi, I'm using Firefox 50 beta 1 and I noticed today X-notifier was auto updated to v.4.0.1
Well, it does not show any of my previously configured accounts from v.3.x and I can't configure them again from scratch. When I go to 'Options' the dropdown menu does not show any email provider:
Hello. I am running X-notifier on a Windows 8.1 machine and I have updated my security settings in Yahoo to include 2 step verification. However X-notifier no longer works for Yahoo. I have tried deleting all the cookies, I have tried generating a password from the Yahoo account (like I did for Mail on Windows 10). No matter what I did checking does not function... Do you know what else I can try?
