Dunno how practical this is but it'd be cool if you could include an option to set the default mailto: option to the same as the Default Account in X-Notifier.
For example, my current default is a Windows Live address yet Firefox still opens to GMail which is... unfun.
Just an idea, would make my live easier if nowt else :)

Firefox default mailto is the one for your OS:

Unless you choose another available one in Firefox at Tools-Options: Select the Applications tab and scroll to mailto to make your choice from the available options.
So you already can choose the one you prefer.
