zoho.com script not working with FF

  I have a similar problem. The connection work fine with old zoho account, but i have created a new one last week and no possibility to connect with it.

Sorry: I' m afraid I misunderstood.
User ipbauer mentioned his new account doesn't work while his old account did/does.
My confusion is that Zoho is developing a new user interface. One can switch to the new version, but the zoho script will always show you the old version. So I started to adapt it for this and named this script zohoNEW.js.

This started with a different request: User fernman complained the Zoho script only notifies the inbox, not other folders: http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/2995
So I ended up offering a semi-solution that does notify the unread folder (= all folders). And in that solution I also supplied the inbox folder count in the X-notifier sidebar or window when the Notify inbox only X-notifier option gets unchecked and the Show folders X-notifier option gets checked. You can download this script (zoho.js) from that forum post.

That said: I am on Windows XP, Firefox 46. Perhaps you should update on Ubuntu?
And are you using Old or New Zoho Version (interface)? I wasn't able to get the unread count from the New Version html, but as long as the Old Zoho Version keeps existing I can solve this by getting the unread count from the Old ZohoVersion.

I understand from your other post you are on X-notifier 3.5.6 (old info?).

I'am on w8.1 with FF45.0.2.

I deleting the account, recreate it with the new script, but exactly the same problem. The account is disabled in the popup and when i click on it I acces to login page of zoho https://www.zoho.com/mail/ but not logged.

Nothing in log concerning this account.

1. You say your old account is still working.
   A. Do you mean you can still login manually.
   B. Do you mean X-notifier can still login.
2. You say you created a new account that doesn't connect.
   A. Do you mean you cannotl login manually.
   B. Do you mean X-notifier cannot login.

1 B everything works fine with old account

2 B but I can log me in manually so my @/pw are OK

Simply start a new Firefox profile to test your account. It should work.

To be clear, I have retested with my one account:

1. The script serving the old Zoho interface from the XN Scripts page works.
2. My Zoho.js script serving the old Zoho interface that includes folder Unread notification works.
3. My ZohoNEW.js script serving the new Zoho interface that includes folder Unread notification works (but I haven't completed testing it: the available one for download does not include the folder Unread notification).

And I am trying to merge my two scripts so it will recognize old/new inteface and handle both in one script.

Sorry but that doesn't work more.

creation of new profile, installation only of xnotifier, parameter for the problematic account with the new script but nothing more, always the same zoho loggin page. The log file is empty.

I don't see how I can offer a private message possibility on a public forum. When you want this you should offer the possibility and the risk. I would be glad to attend and test it for you.

I have only tested with my one account, so I cannot reassure it does work for the 2nd account. And what is new about your 2nd account? I don't understand. That is why I brought up Old/New inbox. But obviously that has nothing to do with your 2nd account functionality! It is very unlikely your 2nd account is different to the Zoho server. Unless you encounter a switching choice in registering your account that is a thought that you can drop.

I made changes to my downloadable solutions, but that does not offer a solution for your problem. I declined from offering information about my changes because there seems to be no demand for it.
