Since upgrading last night to 38.0.1 version 3.5.7 has been buggy when changing accounts using left sidebare and with login authentication. When switching email accounts it is asking for manual login into authenticate login...

Here is what i would do disable all your Firefox add-ons , delete history , cache, delete the history logins to your gmail account with your Firefox browser along with the password as well.. than go in and enable all your add-ons you may have reset all your gmail accounts with the X-Notifier along with reset your gmail account with your Firefox browser and see if that works.

I disabled Xnotifier / Empty the cache / Close FF / Start again / Activated Xnotifyer

I have several systems configured the same. I use portable version of Firefox so my cache is emptied at each close. I did however also delete all the cookies, but it is still not working. Only way I found how to open a new GMAIL account is to close the exisint tab of the open account, then I can click on the account on the left side and it will open a new tab.
Another issue uncovered is that I have a new BLANK tab open when I click on the envelope, and "I THINK" it may be RSS page that is not loading.
