thats the ticket, l was thinking that setting would show spam as well, which is why l didnt test. much appreciated. dont tell me there is a simple way to change the icon colour when l recieve a email? (l have all three accounts l have setup along my bottom task bar) as l miss the icon changing to a blue envelope.. tbh l dont care what colour it is but it would been nice if the icon changed colour when an email arrived.
Notify inbox only
In X-notifier Options uncheck the 'Notify inbox only' option for your Gmail account.
For additional requirements you can use this about:config feature:
