I have three FB accounts... two of them seem to be working in Firefox, Thunderbird... but one of them just won't connect. And all three of them aren't working for me in Chrome browser.
The two accounts I have that are working in Firefox and Thunderbird can detect messages.
You might want to just clear your Facebook cookies...
In Firefox, click Tools, Options, Privacy... and if it says "Remember history", change it to "Use custom settings...", then click Show Cookies... search or go to facebook cookies, highlight(select), and click Remove cookie(s).
If I remove my Facebook 'XS' cookie, then my third account starts working, but it will soon fail again.
Nope. Are you having Chrome/FB checking problem, too? Since two of my accounts work on TB/FF, I thought it was just my setup glitched or that the problem would pass... (AOL and deviantART both go on/off/on able to check, by themselves, for me). I was just limping along with TB/FF versions (although my primary FB won't check on any version)... and FB apps.
I guess I'll try to set up an account/email to him.
Sorry to spread false information. Since a long time I used Chrome instead of Opera Next and to my surprise the facebook XN script is working there, while it is failing in (my) Opera Next (red).

I hope you did not just clear the xs cookie... start with clearing -all- the facebook cookies.

My 3 FB accounts don't get checked in FF or TB either now. I don't see anything unusual in login process when I go to manually log in at the website.
I did send test acct to Tobwithu, although I believe he has FB accts.
One still works.
I still have one account which still works...I'm sure it will break soon.
