Hey RpD, Your troubleshoot post is a subset of admin's FAQ post, except for your 3d step to redefine the account. So perhaps it makes sense for him to adjust the 4th step of his 1st part to your 3d step?

Company [Microsoft for example] will use your IP address and supply info to your computer. For example I live in Japan, I will get Hotmail Japanese language, I need to change to English Language via USA. If something wrong with caches, it will returned to Japanese Language, it bother me for past 10 years!
If you supply just 'Test Account' to Tobwithu, "FIRST TIME" for one domain name. He will create scripts based on South Korea locate.
X-notifier user download script and install into X-notifier and still not working... so you need create log and send to Tobwithu for review... because based on 'IP address' that Tobwithu NEVER see any code before on different part of earth, he will correct scripts for other 'IP address' in different code/langauge.
User Scripts already on listing [for example Freenet.de]. JUST SEND LOG to Tobwithu without any complain (by post on forum).
For example...
"I already send LOG to Tobwithu regard to Freenet.de do NOT working."
and post on this forum.
Sometime Tobwithu will ask "need test account" on forum... then create one for him.

troubleshoot
Clear cache/cookies, restart.
Try manual login... open a new tab, type in website, log in... make sure no prompts for info, just straight to inbox.
Delete account from X-Notifier, Options... restart browser ...redefine account in X-Notifier.
If those don't work... send a test account username/password to xndevel@gmail.com and ask for check/fix.

What different between log file and test account?
