What browser are you using? What is the date of the script you're using (click Scripts button in X-Notifier Options to see dates)? Can you click the account in the pop-up list and get logged in automatically, in a new tab? What happens when it tries to check for new email/messages?

Manually go to the webmail website and login to see that there are no special prompts during login which might interfere.
If nothing interfering, then... Delete the account from X-Notifier Restart the browser Recreate the account from scratch (making extra sure the password is correct)
If it's still not working, create a new user profile for testing purposes... (run: firefox.exe -profilemanager) Using new profile, install Notifier, create account from scratch. If it works, there's something glitched in your original profile.
Check if you've added any new add-ons which might interfere?
And watch forum to see if anyone else reports problems... which could help indicate the script needs to be updated.
