You need to read the "...read this before request..." post

Read this...

email xndevel@gmail.com

I'm just another user trying to explain the given procedure to request a script.

I don't think the admin for X-Notifier has the time/inclination to go chasing down demo accounts, etc.

He has stated that he needs an actual working account username and password to analyze the data traffic involved in logging on to check for new 'email' counts.  So.... if the 'demo' will provide that, then YOU need to email the demo account USERNAME and PASSWORD to xndevel@gmail.com

THEN... the admin MAY decide to write a script for you, if possible... note the part of the 'read this' post that says "More replies means more people want it and it's more probable to make it." ...which suggests that not all requests may be satisfied.

You really can't expect a service provider to scramble all around to provide things for you, especially when you're making a request for something new.  Sorry if this doesn't sound 'polite', but the admin has set out the requirements... perhaps you should read again:  http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/25

Otherwise, the admin, tobwithu, reads the forums and may honor your request anyway... but it's better to follow the procedure. It will get attention faster.

No apology necessary

You don't need to apologize...

...you just need to understand that the admin (or anybody else) needs an account username and password to analyze the mail/news-item check process... he needs to look at the data that is transferred between computer and the website when someone clicks the sign-in button, and to find where the 'new mail'/new item count is available.

There is no "drama".
If Newsblur does not require a username and password, then the whole process will have to be examined by the X-Notifier admin to see if it is even possible to notify of new entries there.  If Newsblur can be accessed by RSS, then there is already a script for that.  I have not looked beyond the 'Try out Newsblur' demo to try to help you make your request.

There is just a need for programming data to create script!!!!!  You can't program without information.
A pretty picture demo ("Try out Newsblur") does -nothing- to provide the information necessary to create a script.
Admin does -not- wish to sign up for every website out there to create various scripts for people... so he asks for users to provide account information temporarily, so he can create script... you can always change the password for him to use, or after the script is created.

So I'll stop now... since it's obvious you don't understand or don't want to provide the necessary info.
This is -not- an attempt to abuse your account. Either you trust the script creator or not.
Can't help you there.

Also, something wrong with your last post... spacing.

Anyone else want to post to confirm what I've said for "iasse".
(Be nice.)
