I, myself (and no other...when I say 'I' ;), have seen such an anomaly in regards to XN-forums... but usually it is because I just posted, myself, and XN detects something new but I've already seen it because it was me what did it. ;)

But... lately, seems like there is a notification for forums and no reason for it... unless... perhaps someone has 'updated' their post and gets detected, but it's not exactly 'new' or some such.  Eh.  Life goes on.

I'm a bit slow, but I get it now: "you should know the answer" was included in the joke... Not because Tr3b knows, but because the information provided should be considered sufficient for magician RpD :-)

I guess the XN-forum server is resetting/restarting daily, causing all accounts to receive a notification. Just guessing ;-)

Search with 'is:unread' in Gmail.
This will show you unread emails.
