Undeline tab when opening second Gmail account

By adriantc , 13 May 2014

Hello,

I have two Gmail accounts and one Yahoo account registered in X-notifier, but I have been having a weird issue when opening my second Gmail account. When it is opened by X-notifier the title of the window is underlined and all tabs opened after that get the same underline. This only happens for the second Gmail account. The first does not get underlined, only the second one.

Let me know if I can provide you with any more information.

Thanks,

Adrian

Feature

The underline is by design indicating a secondary context when one has multiple accounts with same provider.
If I remember right.

Disable feature

Is there a way to disable this behavior since it seems to have some unwanted side effects?

Options

Go to X-Notifier Options and UNcheck the box for 'Use multiple login' ...and then you will only be able to open -one- tab to log into one account from the same provider at a time... if you click up another account with same provider already open - it will take over the existing tab from that provider.
Clicking links in that tab may react differently too... if you were using 'keep session...' option.

I forgot it was long time ago...

extensions.xnotifier.keepSessionForNewTab;true

extensions.xnotifier.showTabMenu;true

Becareful when you play with true or false... I hope it works for you? (both mine is true.)

I forgot how it works or functions, because it was already discuss in old forums now GONE.
