Try this fix and will need to apply it on a PC using firefox, first:
1. Open 'Firefox'.
2. On the address bar, type 'about:config' (confirm the info message in case it shows up)
3. Search for the preference named 'security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling'.
4. Double-click it and change the value from 'True' to 'False'
5. Re-launch 'Firefox'.
The solution to this problem is: delete all cookies for "live.com" and try again. It was a problem with Microsoft servers but it has already been solved.
