Be sure you have the latest t-online script from the Scripts pages: http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/scripts.php You might also want to test the current t-online script in a new user profile for your browser to eliminate conflicts with other settings/addons.
Otherwise... create a test account for developer to use to fix script... just create a new account at t-online (or... use your own account login, you can change the password after script is fixed)... send the account username and password to xndevel@gmail.com, with a note asking to fix the t-online script.
