I have the same issue for my Yahoo account. It shows that I have 150 new Yahoo.com messages, when in fact the account has zero new messages. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and even going back to X-notifier 3.3.2 and it still shows 150 Yahoo messages.

Does the 'new' count resemble the number of messages in the spam folder?
