Everytime I try to log in to a diffrent account other than the main one, I manage to get in but after a few seconds I get aftautomatically redirected to the main one. I think it's a bug!
I get the browser error that too many redirects occur....
After updating X-notifier in chrome to 3.5.5 from 3.5.4, the extension no longer works. I previously had 2 accounts being checked in X-notifier, a Yahoo account and a Facebook account. After the extension update, the Facebook account and script were removed. The Yahoo account was still displayed in the options menu, but clicking the X-notifier icon itself showed zero accounts. The extension was no longer able to check either account after the update, making it essentially useless.
As of this week, the X-notifier Facebook script no longer works in Google Chrome. It always shows as red (unchecked). The script was last updated on March 10, 2014, so perhaps Facebook's security and/or layout has changed recently causing the script to fail. Judging from forum post (http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/2848), this does not seem to be an isolated issue. Users have reported it broken on both Chrome and Firefox, although it works on FF for me for some reason.
I downloaded and saved 3.54.crx to my desktop. When I dragged it into either Chrome or Opera 'Extensions' tab x-notifier 3.53 was not upgraded to 3.54. This has worked for me in the past--what can I do to get the upgrade in ?
The issue I have is with Yahoo.ca. In my Chrome bar at the top I have the X-notifier Icon which contains my accounts for email. All of them are in black except for "Yahoo.ca" which is in red and I don't get my emails counted. If I click on the red lettering Yahoo mail opens, but as I said nothing gets counted so I am assuming that the "red yahoo" is not right. It is supposed to be blck like the rest of the clients, Outlook, Gmail, and Cogeco. They are all in black and they count my un-opened emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Does anyone know if there are plans for Google to allow it back into the Chrome webstore? Did they ever say it will never be allowed/why it was removed? Please respond when possible. Thank you and happy holidays.
Every time X-notifier updates in Safari, it wipes out all my email accounts and I have to reinput them all. Is this supposed to happen, and can it be fixed?
