Email notification of replies to threads

Please excuse me if this is the wrong forum as I have been unable to find one for this question. How do I get email notification of a reply to a thread? I could not find that option in account information. Thank you for helping.

I don't see any options to 'subscribe' to a thread... but X-Notifier has a script for XN-forums, which will alert for -any- new messages to forums, not just replies to your posts.
