X-notifier 3.x for Firefox (deprecated)

before it clear all account information, its performance was good, but it happened several times, I don't know where I did wrong, even some time I update the browser. Can anyone tell me why? why can't it remember my account and  password for all the time untill I clear them?

I would like to say Thank you for offering this wonderful addon for Firefox. Since MSN's decline, I tried to find a software that would check for me my webmail. Finally, X-Notifier was the solution. Thank you!

The only thing that iritates me is that the N-Notifier Popup takes focus over anything software running fullscreen. Exemple : a game. That's quite annoying to be disturbed by a new w-mail popup.

This is a wonderful add-on which I've grown very dependent upon to keep me apprised of email status

"across-the-board" while I'm working within other areas on the net and my PC!  Rich with features, each

extremely valuable in its own right...  Any plans on making 'Outlook.com'  a standard account to check when

selecting (via options) the various emails on which I'd like to stay abreast?

I've tried to find the solution, but unfortunatly, I've not found yet ...

My configuration is: Ubuntu 12.04 lts, Firefox 20.0, and last 3.3 x-notifier.

I'm user of x-notifier for months. But suddently, 2 hours ago, after an x-notifier automatic update, the x-notifier "button" inside the firefox bar, deseappeared. In extension list of my firefox, x-notifier was marked as "installed". But there was no more button at all, and no way to access to accounts. Then I uninstalled and installed again a fresh x-notifier extension. But ... the button is still absent and there are no way to launch it.

The only I can do is to have access to x-notifier extension via the preference link inside the extension page of x-notifier.

How to solve this ??? and maybe ... why did this happend ...

Hello, I'm having a small issue with the Facebook script. X-notifier shows three notifications, which do not exist. Any idea on how to solve this? I've been having them for over a week.

Update: When I mark the "Notify inbox only" option, problem is gone. Any ideas?

Is it possible to turn on sound notifications for one account and turn them off for another?

Up until today I'd been using an outdated version of Webmail Notifier, which had a feature where if I clicked on the Webmail Notifier button in my status bar, it would load my inbox. It would also do the same when I right-clicked on the button and chose my email account from the dropdown box, or when I clicked on the link in the popup box that notified me when new messages come in.

I upgraded to X-Notifier 3.2 today and none of these seem to work anymore. I can only get to my inbox anymore by typing in the URL in the URL bar, which removes a lot of the convenience of X-Notifier. Is there something special I need to do to enable this feature, or was it removed at some point? I've downgraded to Webmail Notifier in the meantime, but I don't like not being up to date.

Does the IMAP feature use IMAP IDLE (instant push notification), or does it just perform periodic checking?

If periodic, then what is the time-period, and is there any chance that IDLE may be implemented for Firefox X-notifier in the future?
