X-notifier Neo

Recently my Yahoo Mail doesn't appear in the Mail icon in my toolbar with my other email accounts. If I go into the settings of Neo, Yahoo is listed and when I turn down the arrow I see my email checkmarked but the blue box is faded. My gmails checkboxes are full blue..

I've removed and re-installed the extension. I'm signed into Yahoo mail, but it's still doesn't show up. I was working at least a week ago.

Anyone else run into this?

I don't see the option to add new accounts anywhere; I can only activate or deactivate the ones I already had added.

I don't know if the developer is monitoring this forum, but I just switched over from the basic X-Notifier to the Neo version in order to get Hotmail/Live.com working again (along with my gmail account), and it does appear to work for the most part (although my Hotmail account seems to drop from the list and I have to manually go to hotmail.com to get it working again, not sure why this happens, if anyone has any ideas, please let me know).

As I said, it appears to work for the most part, however if I disable the X-Notifier Neo add-on in Firefox and then re-enable it, it no longer polls for new emails.  What is strange is that if I select "Refresh" from the drop down, it WILL run a scan and report any new emails, it just doesn't do it automatically anymore (even after doing the Refresh).

When it is in this no-polling state, I am able to get it working again by going in to the "Options" for the add-on and pressing the "Save" button (no need to make any changes of the options).

So it looks like there is some initialiazation that is not taking place when you enable the add-on this way that IS taking place after the browser starts up or after a config save.

The reason I disable the add-on periodically is because I want to leave Firefox running, but I don't want the polling to occur while I am connected to my work VPN, to avoid using work resources to poll for new personal emails every 5 minutes.

Has anyone else recently experienced xNotifier being responsible for causing Outlook to constantly refresh? I had tried all the suggested fixes for this problem until I tried disabling the extension. So far the problem has not recurred. I am using version 4.2.23 not NEO but there was no place else to post this!

I don't know if it's because of last update or Chrome but I can't open my emails from the X-notifier Neo menu. It still warns me of new emails and the popup message will show (and will open the email if I click on that one) but when I click on the mailbox name from the top X-notifier Neo menu, it will do nothing. I am using last versions of Chrome and X-notifier Neo under Ubuntu 22.04.

I don't know if this forum is even working anymore. Seems no questions get answered. I can't find a way to add a new email. There is no way in options.

I use Neo in Firefox because the regular XN doesn't work for FF.

X-notifier Neo has not worked in a very long time. Please update a fix for this.

Feedback a problem: In the pop-up menu, the selection of delete new mail is unsuccessful, you need to enter the mailbox to delete the mail. Hope this gets fixed, thanks.
