New customizable tabs in Gmail

You get 2 options, depending on liking/disliking Gmail's Categories:
1. Like: Use the beta version
2. Dislike: Use the solution to prevent Gmail from categorizing

I installed version 3.3.13beta1 and the same problem happens to me. X-notifier only reporting mail in the default "Primary" tab.

I've also created the string "extensions.xnotifier.accounts.[Gmail#NAME@gmail.com].EnableCategory" with value 2.

What can I be doing wrong?

I was suspecting you followed this link:

instead of this link:
http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/584
because you installed the beta from the outdated post.

There is no need to install a beta:
The 3.3.13beta1 is the latest beta and has no impact on this issue!

So, to be sure: Did you follow the User Guide (584)?

User Guide post http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/584:

1) Type 'about:config' in the location bar.
2) Look for gmail account with 'enabled' [Right-click] Copy Name
3) [Right-click] New => String
4) [Right-click] => [Paste] and replace 'enabled' with 'enableCategory'
5) [Click] OK
6) Enter string value ( 0  or  1  or   2   see below)

• 0 : disable
• 1 : show in folder view only
• 2 : get count from all enabled categories (tabs)

7) [Click] OK
8) Restart Firefox

1) Escribe "about: config" en la barra de direcciones del web.
2) Busque la cuenta de gmail con preference boolean 'enabled' [Haga clic] Copiar el nombre
3) [Haga clic] Nuevo => String
4) [Haga clic] => [Pegar] y reemplazar 'enabled' con 'enableCategory'
5) [Click] OK
6) Introducir el valor del String (0 o 1 o 2 ver más abajo)

• 0: desactivar 
• 1: mostrar en la vista de carpetas sólo
• 2: obtener la cuenta de todas las categorías habilitadas (tabs)

7) [Click] OK
8) Reiniciar Firefox

In X-notifier Options, do you have the option "Notify inbox only" unchecked (desmarcado) for your Gmail account?
