Old twitter script used REST API 1.0.Now twitter blocked REST API 1.0.
That is why the old script does not work.
New twitter script use REST API 1.1.
Because of this, if you use new twitter script,
X-notifier is automatically added to the Applications tab of your Twitter Settings page(https://twitter.com/settings/applications).
