Since the developer can't be a member of everything on the Internet, he usually needs an account username and password to login, create and test the script. You can provide your own account login name and password... and then change your password after the script is created, or... you can create a new account for him. Send the username and password... to xndevel@gmail.com. (DON'T post it here.)
There's only two ways to get an account to the developer... so that he can do what you want, make a script... you either trust him and give him your login temporarily (and then change password after)... or you make a new temporary account for him, which I assume you've done. Some accounts just aren't dangerous to provide to a developer (who's going to be pretty trustworthy unless he wants to lose his customers). Whatever... good luck.
