Perhaps you should go to hotmail.com and log in manually to see if there are any prompts interfering with X-Notifier. Then try cleaning cache/cookies.
7/24/2014. My hotmail, outlook, and live.com accounts are working fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Thunderbird.
Perhaps there is a change slowly rolling out to all users, but anyway... Hotmail.com addresses may be a little more temperamental than outlook.com or live.com... however, mine is working fine at the moment, so I don't see a problem with X-Notifier.
I am still not logining in. I can log in manually so I guess it's in the login script but I don't know how to fix it. I am also not logining in to Yahoo mail either.
