Well, besides your email username and password, you'll need the name of Scarlet's POP3 mail server. And that should be it. I've googled "Belgium Scarlet POP3 server" and from the results, it appears that the name of Scarlet's POP3 server is: pop.scarlet.be So... Install X-Notifier, go to X-Notifier's 'Options' (right-click the envelope icon, click Options)... ...click the script selector to find/select POP3, then enter username, password, and mail server ...then click Add and then Ok.
Sometimes, it is necessary to put the port number after the server name, like this...
pop.scarlet.be:110
...but check to see which port number your server uses (call the service provider).
(Also, if you get it working... you can put the webmail address in the "Link" box... so that when you click the account in the X-Notifier pop-up menu, it will open a tab to the webmail page.)
Ooops... (No, I'm not embarassed, I'm very tired today)
As tobwithu (admin) says, POP3/IMAP scripts can't automatically log in... POP3/IMAP checks for new email and alerts you with count of new emails, but... the best you can do for auto-login with POP3/IMAP, is to put the webmail login page address in the "Link" box for the account definition in Options. Then, you can pop up the account list and click the POP3/IMAP account to open a tab to your webmail login page.
To pop up the account list... In Firefox, right-click the X-Notifier envelope iconIn Chrome, left-click the X-Notifier envelope icon
Or... you can request a custom script from tobwithu (which will auto-login for you).... ...then when you have a new email alert, you can click X-Notifier icon (or your account in pop-up list), and X-Notifier will open a new tab already logged into your account. To request script... see http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/25

POP3/IMAP
If 'Scarlet' allows POP3 or IMAP access to email accounts... you could use one of those scripts (already 'built-in' to X-Notifier).
Or... you can request a custom script to be created for Scarlet... http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/dp/node/25
