When X-notifier does not work with your account


When X-notifier does not work with your account, Try this.

  1. check if you can login manually in your browser without any unusual messages.
  2. clear cookies and caches.
  3. If you use Firefox, please check if your password is correct in Firefox's password manager.
  4. restart your browser.

  If this does not work.(and if you use Firefox)

  1. Create new firefox profile.(http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-fi...)
  2. install X-notifier only
  3. test if it works.

  If it still does not work

  1. In the popup menu, Shift+Click Help. This will show ‘Log’ menu.
  2. Click ‘Check now’ and wait until X-notifier says ‘Not checked’.
  3. Click ‘Log’ will save log file.
  4. Send the log file to xndevel@gmail.com.
