New mail counter is incorrect in Chrome

The counter that shows the # of new emails is incorrect.

I refreshed the status several times, but when I have 5 new emails from the same email address and 1 from another, the conter icon only shows 2!

Seems to be a bug when you have multiply emails from the same emal address.

If you need I can send screenshut or video.

You are assuming we can read your mind. But trying I assume you mean Gmail.

The Gmail script got simplified in januari:

The simple 'feed' dataURL used in the script counts conversations as 1, so you probably got a conversation of 5 mails, not 5 separate mails from the same email address. You can check the 'fullcount' in that URL: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/feed/atom
