gmail OK, hotmail not OK on chrome

Hi, I am on a fresh chrome installation, very recent version (Version 79.0.3945.88) and notifier neo latest version (2.1.18) on a brand new Windows 10 computer.

I keep adding gmail accounts, and boom boom boom they all get added to notifier neo.

Then I login in to hotmail.fr, it redirects me to https://outlook.live.com/mail/

However the hotmail account does not get added to x-notifier-neo. How can I do it? Is this a bug?
