What do the check boxes for "X-notifier window" and "X-notifier sidebar" do? I don't noticed any differences whether checked or not. But I'm using Pale Moon, so maybe they don't work correctly with it.

You can show/hide "X-notifier window" and "X-notifier sidebar" menu in popup menu when you right click the icon.
