Catch-22 Situation in Xnotifier for Firefox

I just signed up about 10 mins ago on a tablet and I must have hit something wrong bc I now dont know what the current password is. I hit request new password, and I recieve an email, but the password change page it leads me to demands the old password to make a new one.

How do I get a new password if I dont know the old one?

I do have access to the email on record.
