3.4.2. in FF28-30, not checking Outlook

I've no idea why it doesn't work over here. I have tried removing my Hotmail account then re-adding it, but it didn't help. Hotmail is just grayed out and it never reports new e-mail in the inbox...

 

Anything I can do to help in resolving this issue?

Just FYI... I have FF30 and X-Notifier 3.4.2 and my hotmail.com and outlook.com accounts are working with X-Notifier.

It's hard to say why the software is temperamental for others... we only have 'the usual' remedies to suggest unless there is some detail in info provided that indicates the fix.  Remedies such as clear your cache and cookies, disable other addons, delete the account, uninstall X-Notifier, restart the browser, re-install and redefine the account.  Sometimes FF user profiles get corrupted, or X-Notifier accounts start working again spontaneously, other times the script needs a fix from X-Notifier author.  I have accounts that work in FF and Thunderbird, but not in Chrome... at least, not until I click 'Check Now' or wait for the next checking interval ...however, my Tumblr account just won't get checked by Chrome/X-Notifier, but seems to work with FF/X-Notifier and TB/X-Notifier.
