I like X-Notifier much, but am fearful of relying on it since when I do I forget my password.  If one forgets it one has to go to the trouble of resetting it and then doing it again at X-N.  If only there were an option to show the passwords on X-notifier, I would be able to sidestep a lot of unpleasantness more often than I like.  Perhaps the option to show the passwords could itself be password protected.   I can remember one password but I have several e-mail addresses.  Just a thought!  Thanks very much.

X-Notifier for Firefox uses the Firefox password management... you can set a Master Password and then you'll need to enter this master when you start Firefox... and ...you can go to Firefox Tools, Options, Security tab, Saved Passwords button, Show Passwords button... enter the master password again, and... it will show you all the passwords for the accounts saved with Firefox and with X-Notifier accounts.  (You can also export your X-Notifier accounts with a password, via X-Notifier Options... so they are backed up in case X-Notifier or Firefox gets corrupted/crashes.)
- If you don't enter the master password when Firefox starts up, you won't be able to use X-Notifier or see X-Notifier accounts.

I believe you can set a Firefox Master password by going to Firefox Tools, Options, Security tab.
