X-Notifier taking spells to not work with Hotmail / Outlook emails

Just wanted to let you know I am having issues with

X-Notifier not wanting to work with Microsoft Edge Chromium

and Mozilla Firefox .. I have deleted cookies, cache, made a new

Firefox profile deleted X-Notifier and reinstalled it again still 

no improving ..I have 4 Hotmail /Outlook email accounts only

3 will work while the 4th one does not want to work any help 

will be appreciated.  Thank you
