same to me.. it is happening on my win 10 and latest mac too. i can only open one of my gmail account on my computers, other provider emails account works fine. i tried everything, so it happened that x-notifier messed my access to my gmail emails and from computer i could do nothing, i was able to access my accounts on my iphone after having reset my passwords..
if you get the email not checked and so on, do not even try to access the accounts by manually login to them while x-notifier is installed, because this would just mess your access to any gmail account labelad as not checked.
Just FYI... I have FF 48.0, X-Notifier 3.5.21 and three Gmail accounts... all are checked and I can open all three at the same time in separate tabs via X-Notifier. I don't use 2-factor authentication.

Concerns X-notifier 3.5.21 and Firefox
I've been experiencing minor issues with Gmail but as a general rule
Google seems to have tight security with passwords since I've had X-Notifier
i've had to change my password several times with Gmail but I blame Google
their security is way too hard to handle and if you don't have updated information
with mobile cell phones and alternate emails you mise well forget it.
