Perhaps the admin/developer, Tobwithu, could update that script, but the original author is noted on the scripts page as "Matrix286"... (see http://xnotifier.tobwithu.com/scripts.php?page=7 )
And the link on that script page for him is: http://hi.baidu.com/matrix286
Maybe it would be faster if you contacted matrix286, I don't know.
