Yahoo issues

Forums:

I have  3 Yahoo emails, they were all working fine until a week or 2 ago and now one of them is constantly "not checked". The password and id is correct, but it ill not automatically check it as it does the other two. I have deleted and re added it, put @yahoo.com and without. Nothing has yielded success. Anyone have any suggestions. thanks

I have been having the same problem for the last few weeks.  I am constantly deleting cookies which helps temporarily.  Maybe the next time or the time after I get into the browser I have a problem again.  Once cookies get deleted again, things are fine.

I have had the same problem jocee, ever since updating to 3.5.1 x-notifier. Have cleared my cache and cookies uninstalled and reinstalled x-notifier to no avail. Wrote tobewithu with a log, but he just suggested I download the latest version. The only other thing is that FF updated to 33.1.1 in that sametime,just before the x-notifier update actually. Even tried uninstalling, and clearing cache and cookies and reinstalling once again! no go

Same here only I think it is the login process at Yahoo's end. Ever since they always ask you to change the password, and then for your phone number it cannot log on. Needs a script that 'clicks' the 'Skip This' link on these two pages.

Bloody annoying. Even when you change your password it asks you to do it the next time your go to login in as well.

That may be the problem Trevor.  Just for the heck of it, I checked my 5 Yahoo accounts and they were all logged in.  I manually clicked on the "problem" accounts and things were fine.....until I switched accounts.  I then seen a "blip" message that quickly disappeared before the next account appeared.
