Fastmail Script Change

 An updated script is needed for Fastmail as of Oct23 2014. Existing fastmail accounts

remain as "your email".fm but can no longer be accessed at the fastmail.fm url web page.

You must now access  "your email".FM account from the fastmail.COM url web page.

(the Fastmail.fm url is no longer valid and is redirected to Fastmail.com url)

A NEWLY created Fastmail email account address after Oct23 2014 will now be "your email".com

but an existing email address will NOT be changed from a .FM to a .COM address.

I hope someone can edit the script as the simple efficient Fastmail system is great.

Advance thanks.

So, by "your email",  you mean... username@fastmail  ...with the old suffix .fm, or the new suffix .com

Examples...  (old accounts)  username@fastmail.fm,  (new accounts)  username@fastmail.com

So the script needs to access the .com servers now... and the X-Notifier developer, Tobwithu, is the author of the script. He may see the posting here, but might be better to send a notice of these changes to:  xndevel@gmail.com

Apparently Fastmail moved its servers, and put some redirections, for .fm addressing, in place so the old emails still work.

Wikipedia...

.fm is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the Federated States of Micronesia, a group of islands located in the Pacific Ocean.

I have adapted the Fastmail-script to work with the new Fastmail.com site.

It is working with all my Fastmail-accounts including

@fastmail.fm,   @operamail.com,   @f-m.fm,   . . .

. . .  but how to upload it or make it available to others?
